Montanya is a craft distillery and cocktail bar in Crested Butte, Colorado, at close to 9,000 feet. Founded in 2008 by Karen Hoskin, it distils rum from sugar cane products and ages it in used barrels, including some that previously held American whiskey. The range includes the white Platino, the aged Oro and the Distiller's Reserve. The bar on site serves cocktails based on the house rums, and the distillery has held a leading place in the US craft rum scene.
