Vaval is a village distillery in the Bainet area of southern Haiti that makes clairin from cane juice. Production is small, the clairin is not aged, and it is bottled close to still strength. It was one of a handful of Haitian village clairins that reached export markets in the 2010s. The place and the founding date are approximate and could not be verified, so this entry is low confidence.
