Dzama is the brand name of rums made by the Vidzar group in Madagascar, named after the town of Dzamandzar, where the base rum is made. The aging and blending are done in the island's north west. Dzama bottlings are mostly aged in oak and are exported to France and elsewhere, marketed through age statements and cuvees. Founding date and the exact site of the stills could not be confirmed, so both the date and coordinates are approximate.
