Ko Hana is a craft distillery on former pineapple land at Kunia in central Oahu. It was set up around 2012 to make agricole-style rum from heirloom Hawaiian cane varieties, many of which were brought by Polynesian voyagers, grown on the property. Fresh cane juice is fermented and distilled in a copper pot still. The unaged Kea style is bottled alongside aged and flavoured variants, and the distillery has a visitor tour. Exact coordinates are approximate.
