Husk is set on the Tweed River at Tumbulgum in northern New South Wales, and was founded in 2012 on a former sugar farm. It grows its own cane, presses the juice and ferments it before distilling, making an agricole style rum. It is also known for a gin and the Ink Gin brand, and has a visitor centre on site. The rum is aged in wood, and some releases come from individual cane varieties.
