Mt Uncle sits on the Atherton Tablelands in far north Queensland, near Walkamin, where it began producing spirit in 2008 and offers tours of the distillery. It makes rum from locally grown cane along with gin, vodka and whisky, and releases its rum in small batches aged in oak. The site is the one on the Tablelands, and the latitude is approximate.
